Long-time collaborator of Avicii, Sandro Cavazza, criticizes release of ‘Forever Yours (Tim’s 2016 Ibiza Version)’

Swedish singer and long-time collaborator of  Avicii, Sandro Cavazza  has publicly announced that he did not agree with the terms upon which the late-Swedish DJ’s newest version of  ‘Forever Yours‘  was released.  “I have not agreed to release this as a single,“ says Cavazza.   One of the biggest releases this Friday came from Avicii, as his estate released an early version of his track with Sandro Cavazza from 2016,  ‘ Forever Yours. ‘  The track quickly became a fan favorite during the last year of Avicii’s tour but was not released after his passing until 2020, when Kygo finished a tribute version of the song. Now, after the release of his Netflix documentary,  ‘ I’m Tim, ‘  Avicii’s estate has released a  2016 Ibiza version  of  ‘ Forever Yours ‘  that featured in the film.
