Danny L Harle has shared a new remix of 'Starlight' featuring PinkPantheress, this time reworked by Skrillex and Ring Noord.
The remix is out now via XL Recordings and revisits one of the standout tracks from Harle's debut album, Cerulean.
Ring Noord is the collaborative project of Noisia’s Nik Roos and Jasper Scholma, also known as Former. Together with Skrillex, they take the original’s widescreen, trance-leaning romanticism and turn it into a club record while keeping its emotional core intact. The remix has already been a feature in recent sets from all three artists.
The original ‘Starlight’ arrived in July 2025 as Harle’s first solo release since 2021’s Harlecore and his debut on XL Recordings, with PinkPantheress on lead vocals. Danny L Harle first came to wider attention as part of the PC Music collective, and the London producer has since built a catalogue that moves between club music and pop. Skrillex and PinkPantheress also share history, having teamed up with Trippie Redd on ‘Way Back’ in 2023.
The new version marks the latest chapter in the long-running creative relationship between Danny L Harle and Skrillex, whose paths have crossed for over a decade through collaborations and mutual influence. Both have worked with artists including Charli xcx, Caroline Polachek, Justin Bieber, Bladee and PinkPantheress. The release also follows Sasha’s remix of ‘Raft In The Sea’, another track from the album.
Released in February, Cerulean brought together collaborators including Dua Lipa, Caroline Polachek, Clairo, PinkPantheress, Oklou, MNEK, Julia Michaels and kacha. Separately, Harle continues his Cerulean Divergence series, in which he hands the full stems of one album track to another artist. Previous instalments of the Danny L Harle series include Starlight Divergence, Azimuth Divergence and Crystalise Divergence, created by Torus, Rachika Nayar and DOSS.
