Beatport dévoile les infos sur les artistes ayant le plus vendu en 2022

Alors qu’on approche à grands pas de la fin d’année 2022, le site de vente référence Beatport fait son bilan de l’exercice annuel, via son webzine éditorial Beatportal. Ce récapitulatif insider est forcément prisé par les professionnels de l’industrie et offre une certaine mesure de l’influence et du succès commercial des différents producteurs auprès de la scène club à travers le monde.

Dans la lignée des bilans 2020 et 2021 qui auront notamment témoigné de l’explosion de noms comme ARTBAT mais aussi Fred Again.., CamelPhat, John Summit ou Martin Ikin, l’édition 2022 semble confirmer plus que jamais la domination des sous-genres House et Tech House, avec au sommet des charts du site Purple Disco Machine en plus gros vendeur et FISHER en détenteur du titre ayant le mieux performé avec son rework de Bob Sinclar.

Le classement témoigne par ailleurs de l’écrasante domination des scènes UK (James Hype, LF System, Joel Corry…) et USA (John Summit, BLOND:ISH, Acraze, CID…). Parmi les principaux noms figurant des les divers classements des ventes et streams sur la plateforme se distinguent par ailleurs Vintage Culture, David Guetta, Tiesto, Meduza ou encore la révélation Mau P.

Parmi les labels, de nombreux genres placent leurs structures dominantes dans le top avec la House (Defected), la Tech House (Repopulate Mars), la Drum & Bass (RAM Records), la Techno (Drumcode) ou encore la Melodic Techno (Afterlife).
